  • In-house Train the Trainer - Talking Money

    The Financial Capability team is holding an in-house Talking Money session on Wednesday 29th January 2020. These sessions are ideal for staff and volunteers who discuss financial topics with groups and individuals. Talking Money will help staff develop their ability to promote financial wellbeing in a group setting, with a view to empowering service users and focusing on long-term remedies.

  • In-house Train the Trainer - Money Coach

    The Financial Capability team is holding an in-house Money Coach session, aimed at professionals who undertake financial capability work with their clients on a one-to-one basis. The training will help advisers develop new skills to help improve their clients' financial wellbeing and resilience.

  • New digital resource to tackle financial and digital exclusion

    We’re excited to announce that we’re working on a new digital platform to help those who are digitally or financially excluded navigate online banking. Earlier this month we were successful in a funding bid to work with JP Morgan’s Force for Good project and the team will help us develop a platform that will provide a test environment for individuals who have not used online banking before to familiarise themselves with how it works.
