What is financial wellbeing We use the terms ‘financial wellbeing’, ‘financial capability’, ‘financial education’ and ‘money guidance’ to describe our work in this area. Financial wellbeing is about feeling secure and confident when it comes to your money. We know that with countless financial products out there to choose from, jargon to cut through, and an ever-changing financial landscape it can be difficult to feel fully confident and make informed decisions about your money. Our Financial Wellbeing team exists to help people better understand financial products, manage their money, and build financial resilience. We do this through delivering money guidance, informative and interactive sessions and workshops that break down various financial topics, making them less complicated and providing useful information. We recognise that financial capability is not about telling people how to manage their money, rather we design our sessions with the people who use them and find out what people want to know instead of telling them what we think they should know. Money guidance is not money advice. If you are looking for tailored advice or are experiencing financial difficulty, please get in touch with a free money adviser - more info is available here. . .
