Wellbeing e-learning modules Our free e-learning modules are designed to help you manage your health and wellbeing. They offer a mix of theory, exercises, strategies, and resources to help manage your mental health, stress, feeling overwhelmed and general wellbeing. These bite-size courses take around 15-30 minutes to complete. Click on the button below to register for access. Sign up for Wellbeing E-Learning An Introduction to Understanding Mental Health Duration: 20-30 mins per module This course is designed to help those working in the free money advice sector recognise the signs and symptoms of mental health, while gaining an awareness of the treatment and support available. The course is perfect in helping you gain knowledge and confidence in supporting colleagues experiencing mental health concerns while also supporting your own wellbeing. The course consists of 8 modules. You may wish to complete the full course or dip in and out of each module as and when required. Mindfulness Break Duration: 10-15 mins This module is for any time when you feel like you need to ground or re-centre yourself during the work day and should take 10-15 minutes to complete. The course includes a brief introduction to mindfulness, two options of mindfulness practice, and some quick tips for integrating mindfulness into your day. You can return to this module as often as you would like, and do some or all of it. When Feeling Overwhelmed Duration: 20 mins Sometimes things can get on top of us and we can feel like we don’t know where to start or what to do next. This course is designed to help you plan your next move and feel a bit calmer. Following a Difficult Interview Duration: 20 mins Particularly when working from home, difficult calls, interviews or meetings can take a toll on your wellbeing, and the routines and mechanisms you usually use to deal with this may be harder to access.
