Wellbeing e-learning modules Our free e-learning modules are designed to help you manage your health and wellbeing. They offer a mix of theory, exercises, strategies, and resources to help manage your mental health, stress, feeling overwhelmed and general wellbeing. Sign up for Wellbeing E-Learning An Introduction to Understanding Mental Health Duration: 20-30 mins per module This course is designed to help those working in the free money advice sector recognise the signs and symptoms of mental health, while gaining an awareness of the treatment and support available. The course is perfect in helping you gain knowledge and confidence in supporting colleagues experiencing mental health concerns while also supporting your own wellbeing. The course consists of 8 modules. You may wish to complete the full course or dip in and out of each module as and when required. Mindfulness Break Duration: 10-15 mins This module is for any time when you feel like you need to ground or re-centre yourself during the work day and should take 10-15 minutes to complete. The course includes a brief introduction to mindfulness, two options of mindfulness practice, and some quick tips for integrating mindfulness into your day. You can return to this module as often as you would like, and do some or all of it. When Feeling Overwhelmed Duration: 20 mins Sometimes things can get on top of us and we can feel like we don’t know where to start or what to do next. This course is designed to help you plan your next move and feel a bit calmer. Following a Difficult Interview Duration: 20 mins Particularly when working from home, difficult calls, interviews or meetings can take a toll on your wellbeing, and the routines and mechanisms you usually use to deal with this may be harder to access. This module is designed to help you re-centre following a challenging encounter, using mindfulness and listing techniques. An Introduction to Motivational Interviewing in the Workplace Duration: 20-30 mins Motivational interviewing (MI) is a powerful communication technique that has gained significant traction in the workplace in recent years. Its principles have proven to be highly effective in professional settings, making it an invaluable tool for human resources professionals, managers, and team leaders. This e-learning course explores the principles of Motivational Interviewing and how to implement these in to the workplace to promote a more engaged, self-aware, and motivated workforce. Psychological Safety in the Workplace Duration: 20-30 Mins This e-learning module explores how to create Psychological Safety (PS) in the workplace. You will discover what ‘good’ looks like and how to spot the signs of poor PS. You will learn how to assess PS within your organisation and gain tips and techniques on building PS with your teams. A Guide to Building a Neuro-inclusive Workplace Duration: 30-40 Mins This course explores a strengths based approach to building a neuro-inclusive workplace. It will enhance your knowledge of common neurodiverse conditions, understand their strengths and challenges, while learning how to creating an inclusive working environment that will promote and empower neurodiverse employees to thrive. The course is ideal for Leaders, Managers, HR, or anyone with an interest in neurodiversity in the workplace. Core Wellbeing Series: Stress Management Duration: 20-30 minutes This e-leaning course is designed to help you understand what stress is, how it shows up, and—most importantly—how to manage it effectively. Through practical tools, reflective exercises, and real-life strategies, you’ll explore ways to build resilience, and find a better sense of balance and control in your day-to-day role. Whether you're looking to manage your own stress or support the wellbeing of your team and clients, this course will give you the knowledge, confidence, and tools to respond to stress in healthier, more sustainable ways. Core Wellbeing Series: A Manager’s Checklist to Supporting Team Wellbeing Duration: 10-15 minutes This short practical e-learning course gives managers clear, step-by-step guidance to navigating the basics of employee wellbeing day-to-day. Core Wellbeing Series: Protecting Your Wellbeing Duration: 20-30 minutes This e-learning course is your space to pause, reflect, and learn how to protect your time, energy, and mental wellbeing through clear, confident boundaries. You'll explore what boundaries are, why they matter, and how to put them into practice — so you can feel more balanced, more empowered, and better equipped to manage the demands of modern work life.
