Our 2018-2023 strategy sets out our four objectives for the next few years:

 

Objective one: Lead the delivery of money advice training and education

By designing and delivering training, we aim to ensure the CPD needs of the money advice sector are supported.

Objective two: Improve financial health and wellbeing

Through financial inclusion and financial resilience workshops, we are working towards helping people know how to access financial products and services as well as advice.

Objective three: Influence social and public policy

We aim to be a strong voice for consumer in Scotland by identifying detriment and acting on it.

Objective four: Advance the availability of digital services and products

We are working on new digital tools to help people in debt, such as our new webchat service provides a gateway into money advice.
