Research

Capturing Experience of Debt Advice takes the first steps towards the aim of developing a user-centred debt advice system, using evidence and engagement of people who have experienced problem debt. 

Adviser Perspectives on a Workforce Strategy focuses on the professionals working in the advice sector, drawing on their views to inform a forthcoming workforce strategy for the sector. 

Money Guidance: A User-centred approach explores the importance of a user-centred money guidance programme, which will aim to help people better manage their money, understand financial products, and build financial resilience. The research focuses on those aged 16-24 and 55+.
