Money Guidance: A User-centred Approach

This new research is an opportunity to focus on the importance of a user-centred money guidance programme, which will aim to help people better manage their money, understand financial products, and build financial resilience, especially in light of the impact of the pandemic on personal finances.

The research focuses on two key priority groups: 16-24 year olds and adults aged 55+ to find out what sort of money guidance would be useful for them so that we can develop and deliver an evidence-based programme to these groups.

This research represents the first of its kind in Scotland, and has clear implications for our work in this area.
