Our research, Adviser Perspectives on a Workforce Strategy found that there is a need for greater focus on adviser wellbeing, and this project was launched to address the issue of low adviser wellbeing in the sector.

This project addresses this requirement through both policy and training initiatives and has four overarching aims:

  1.  Tracker research
  2.  Training for advisers and management
  3. Expansion of the MAS mentorship scheme
  4. Development of a new wellbeing index, and guidance for advice organisations
