Workforce wellbeing

Strengthening wellbeing in the money advice sector.

Our Workforce Wellbeing work supports the health and wellbeing of people working across Scotland’s free money advice sector

Practical financial education for everyday life

We take a two-part approach: providing practical training, e-learning and resources that support advisers and managers with their wellbeing now, while also carrying out research to understand the wider structural issues affecting the workforce and influence longer-term change.

Our work includes interactive wellbeing training, online learning, practical workplace resources, and sector-wide research. Through initiatives such as the Wellbeing Index and Wellbeing Blueprint, we gather evidence about the experiences of the workforce and identify the changes needed to create healthier, more sustainable working environments.

Building a resilient workforce

Our aim is to support a resilient money advice workforce where wellbeing is recognised as an essential part of delivering high-quality advice, enabling advisers to provide effective, compassionate and sustainable support to clients.
