Gift aid
Gift Aid is a simple way to increase the value of your donation to Money Advice Scotland without it costing you anything extra.
Make your donation go further
If you're eligible and choose to Gift Aid your donation, Money Advice Scotland can claim an additional 25p from HMRC for every £1 you donate.
That means:
£10 becomes £12.50
£20 becomes £25
£50 becomes £62.50
£100 becomes £125
Gift Aid therefore increases the value of an eligible donation by 25%, at no additional cost to you.

Am I eligible for Gift Aid?
To allow Money Advice Scotland to claim Gift Aid, you need to make a Gift Aid declaration and have paid sufficient UK Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax to cover the Gift Aid claimed on your donations.
If you haven't paid enough tax to cover the Gift Aid claimed, you are responsible for paying any difference.

How do I add Gift Aid?
When you make a donation through our online KindLink donation page, you'll be given the option to confirm that you want to Gift Aid your donation.
