It’s good to have a full picture of your current financial situation, including details of your income and outgoings as well as a credit report ready for your first appointment. This will help your money adviser understand and assess the options available to you more quickly. You can save time in gathering this information using our free online tool called an Affordability Passport.

This tool is provided by Experian and allows you to pull information from your bank statements and Experian credit file into one, easy to share PDF report. It takes less than ten minutes to complete and once setup, you’ll be able to share this report electronically with a money adviser.

You can use this tool if you have a UK current account that’s registered for digital banking, have been registered as living in the UK for the last three years, and are seeking money advice from a regulated advice provider.
