Update from our CEO regarding Coronavirus As everyone is only too aware of the pandemic which has arisen, as an organisation we feel it is important to inform our members, and other stakeholders as to what action we have taken in this unprecedented situation. Everyone’s wellbeing is important to us. Following current government guidelines regarding social distancing, all Money Advice Scotland staff are now working remotely. We have technology in place which enables us to work efficiently and effectively. We are very mindful of our customers, and with the exception of training, and financial capability delivery, all services are being provided in a business as usual way. We are currently exploring alternatives where we are unable (for obvious reasons) to provide services face to face. Our public facing digital project is operating normally, and we are monitoring the situation closely as we anticipated increased demand. No staff are currently present on our business premises. Staff are not attending external face to face meetings, and, where possible we have been making use of video and teleconferencing facilities. Should you need to contact us please either contact individuals by telephone, where you have their direct number, or send an email to [email protected] and staff will get back in touch with you to deal with your inquiry. We would like to assure you that we are taking the matter seriously and monitoring our current arrangements regularly. Thank you for your ongoing support. Manage Cookie Preferences
