The Financial Capability team is holding an in-house Talking Money session on Wednesday 29th January 2020. These sessions are ideal for staff and volunteers who discuss financial topics with groups and individuals. Talking Money will help staff develop their ability to promote financial wellbeing in a group setting, with a view to empowering service users and focusing on long-term remedies. This course is aimed at staff who are not debt advisers, but who work with people who may experience money worries.

Please note that this training does not cover debt or benefits training.

  • Be able to help promote financial wellbeing in service users
  • Work in partnership with the Money Advice Scotland Financial Capability team to share resources
