About the session

Protecting Your Wellbeing is the second in the Adviser Wellbeing Training series. It focuses on self-care, boundaries and mindfulness techniques. By the end of the course, participants should:

  • Understand the importance of boundaries at work and have some strategies to maintain them
  • Understand the importance of self-care and have tools to create a self-care routine
  • Have some mindfulness tools to support their wellbeing

The Adviser Wellbeing short web workshops are two-hour interactive courses on a range of wellbeing subjects which aim to support the wellbeing of staff in the Money Advice Sector in Scotland. They give advisers space to gain, share, and better understand ways to support their own wellbeing at work.
