A former lecturer at North Glasgow College delivering the Higher National Certificate in Welfare Rights and Money Advice, which was developed in conjunction with two colleagues and college staff.
A regular contributor to radio and television programmes, and writer on consumer affairs, particularly on credit and debt issues.
