DAS Approved Advisers Focus Day
Time: Thursday 27th March 2008
Please note that this if for Approved Advisers only and this day will provide an opportunity for Approved Advisers to come together to highlight and discuss concerns regarding the DAS Scheme, discuss issues relating to the operation of DPP's, to share good practice and experiences, to determine ways to improve the operation of the scheme and debt clients access to it and to exchange views of the future developments of the scheme.

Bankruptcy Reforms Workshops (Changes to Legislation)
MATRICS will be going on the road to run a number of workshops in the month of March starting off in Dundee then Glasgow, Edinburgh and finishing off in Inverness. These workshops are designed to bring money advisers up to speed with the changes to be made to personal bankruptcy legislation under the Bankruptcy and Diligence (Scotland) Act 2007 which is due to take effect on 1st April 2008.
