Putting consumers at the centre of decision-making

A Major One-Day Conference from Money Advice Scotland and IRRV Scotland
The Teacher Building, St Enoch Square, Glasgow
Friday 9th November 2018

Money Advice Scotland and the IRRV in Scotland are delighted to announce this major one-day Conference taking place in Glasgow on Friday 9th November 2018.

This Conference is the joint event of the year for Money Advice Scotland and IRRV Scotland, bringing together practitioners, managers, policy makers from the fields of money advice, revenues and credit and debt collection.  This year’s conference will focus on the key issues facing money advice, financial inclusion and consumer rights at a time of significant change and challenge.  Regulation means change and a new way of thinking, which brings its own challenges.  The Conference will also look at good practice, and we how we can
learn from each other.

This conference is “a must” as it will focus on upcoming changes to DAS, promoting fair lending, establishing a consumer body for Scotland, Scottish National Standardsfor information and advice providers and achieving affordable credit.

Our conference speakers are all experts in their field and drawn from government, voluntary, private, and statutory sectors. We are certain there will be plenty food for thought. Don’t miss out – be there!
